Repeat 4-5x

20 Seated Russian Twists

10 Thrusters

10 Ball Slams

30 Toe Taps

12 Overhead Alternating Lunges

8 Decline Push-Ups

OPTIONS

If you have a variety of weights to choose from, I suggest using a heavier ball on the ball slams. If not, choose a weight that suits your ability for all 6 exercises.

Complete regular push-ups or push-ups from the knees for easier alternatives to medicine ball decline push-ups.
