Burn Baby Burn – AMRAP

The holidays are over and many of us are starting new fitness journeys. Whether you’re looking for ways to burn off those extra holiday cookies or to become a better athlete, this workout is for you! AMRAPs are a quick and efficient way to not only burn calories but also build endurance, conditioning and strength.

Equipment Need:

  • Medicine Ball
  • Plyo Box or Adjustable/Stackable Fitness Steps

Workout:

AMRAP (as many reps as possible)

25 Minutes

  • 10 Wall-Balls
  • 20 Medicine Ball Overhead Walking Lunges
  • 10 Box Jumps
  • 20 Alternating Step-Ups

Alternating Step-Ups
